Apostle Tony Johnson is the  Founder /Senior Pastor at Declare & Decree Ministries in Mesquite, Texas, a growing multi-cultural, multi-racial, healing and deliverance ministry. With over eighteens years of serving in many aspects of ministry.

In 2011 there was a clarion call out to Apostle Tony and Apostle Johnnie to start a Ministry/Church . Through much prayer and fasting they obeyed the Lord and in May of 2012 they gave birthed Declare and Decree Ministries, where they truly believe in Job 22:28 “Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee; and the light shall shine upon thy ways”.

They where ordained as Apostle and Apostle under Chief Apostle Lionel  & Overseer Donna Stanfield under Kingdom Builders Fellowship

Sharing the message of hope and faith, it is the vision of Apostle Tony that through innovative and unique ministry outreach, Declare and Decree Ministries  will established a Christ centered culture that will create people who cannot be destroyed when life comes to knock the life out of you.

Senior Pastor Apostle Tony is married to his best friend Apostle Johnnie  and they are blessed with three children: Ontavia (Stacy) Burks, Lequailton ( Tamara) Hines and Tra’Zavion Johnson and the proud grandparents of Jaydin, Ayden , Neveah , Heaven  and Amyiah.

Apostle Johnnie Johnson, is an anointed woman of God who ministers with and apostolic authority and clarity. Her objective is to deliver the uncompromising Word of God so the people will be propelled into living the Word and applying it. She is a giant demon slayer who operated in deliverance and healing ministry.

She accepted her calling to minister to lost souls and attended the LOGO Institute where she was ordained a Minister of the Gospel in 2004 under her former Pastor Apostle J.A Jones where she served faithfully for over 20 years until the summoned her and her husband Tony to pastor. Apostle Johnnie has a heart for Gods people Pastor Johnnie is the co-founder of Declare and Decree Ministries so assists her husband Sr, Pastor Apostle Tony with various aspects of the ministry.

In 2014 Pastor Johnnie Launch Johnnie Johnson Ministries WOW (Women of War) where she host  monthly fellowship for women only, where she pours into the women of god in their brokenness. Apostle Johnnie has purposed by faith and through the word of God to disciple women into being the vessels of honor the Lord has created them to be.

Apostle Johnson has been blessed to own To’jon Salon for twenty two years. This salon is not the typical get your hair beautiful and leave, but to know the beauty that lays within. 

She possesses the type of anointing that draws the broken hearted and spiritually dead people to her presence. The Holy Spirit gives her true discernment and the anointing that destroys the yoke has placed on and in her life has flourished her Ministry and her vision is to deliver the word of God to millions that they may not be lost in the rapture. She joined in holy matrimony to Sr. Pastor  Apostle Tony Johnson  have 3 God fearing children Ontavia ( Stacy) Burks, Lequailton  ( Tamara ) Hines and Trazavin Johnson and the proud grandparents of 3 beautiful girl and two handsome boys.
